Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act

As of July 1st, 2006, all restaurants and bars, as well as most businesses are required to be smoke free indoors. This law is dedicated to protecting both workers and patrons. Know of smoking in a bar, restaurant, or business and think they are in violation of the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act? You can call the Denver Police Department dispatcher at the non-emergency number:
720-913-2000. You can also make a counter report at any Denver Police Station.
