The Forum is usually held the 3rd Wednesday of every other month at a hospital agreed upon by participants, from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m., lunch is usually provided. The Forum is facilitated by the Health Promotion Program - Worksite Wellness, at Denver Public Health. Communication is usually via email.
